We would like to thank you with all our hearts for the kindness and understanding you have shown our family during this difficult time.

I would also like to apologise for the problems with the paperwork and thank you for taking this burden off my shoulders.

You have all been so lovely, patient and understanding and we are all very grateful.

We would like to say a very special thank you to Sebastian for making our Mum so beautiful, it has left us all with a wonderful picture of our beloved Mum, Wife and Omi (Grandmother).

I just wanted to let you know that I just made a payment ( hopefully it all went through correctly ) and to take this opportunity to thank both yourself and Tim ( and everyone behind the scenes) for everything you did for us all, from my first phone call to you right through to the service you have shown nothing but compassion and professionalism and have always gone above and beyond what we hoped for, thank you. You made sure everything was exactly how Lizzy had requested it to be, the whole service, the way it was conducted, the celebrant that Tim suggested right down to the flowers ….everything was absolutely perfect and I know Lizzy would have been extremely happy that we had been able to bring it all together exactly how she wanted it to be.

Personally, I wanted to tell you that I have just been through the same for my Mum and the difference between dealing with your company and hers was staggering… your ability to bring everything together so effortlessly for us, your compassion and the time you gave us all, especially during the service( we never once felt rushed or as if we were holding you up)  all highlighted how the right company can make such a lasting impact when farewelling a loved one, you probably don’t realise the incredible difference you make but believe me when comparing the two experiences I have nothing but the utmost respect and sincere thanks for what you all do so brilliantly there at Burke and Douglas.

I felt that connection with my father Phil there today as last time I was in that viewing room was to see him.  He loved working for the business and would tell me it was the best job he ever had.
